Week of March 6 -10

We have been working hard in 3rd grade to complete our country projects! The posters are looking great and all the projects (houses, games, jewelry, clothing, musical instruments) your children did at home are awesome!! I am very excited for next week's Culture Fair!

Remember Culture Fair is next Friday!!

If you want to help with the International lunch please send back the form saying what you will bring.

All day on Friday, various classes will be coming to our room to listen to the students explain what they have learned about their assigned country. The last hour and a half we will be able to leave and go visit the others classrooms. This next week we will be practicing our group presentations and writing a report on our country with the information we have gathered.

Today in their Friday Folders, your child is bringing home a sheet for Student-Led Conferences (which is on the 20th of this month). There is no regular school for students that day. You will have the opportunity to listen to your child lead a conference explaining their work for the year and how they have improved. Please let me know if this time works or does not work for you and send the sheet back to school.
