In literacy this week we looked at prefixes and suffixes. We looked at the BIG question of how does knowing parts of words help us determine the meaning of words?

In math we are still working on our multiplication and division...knowing our basic facts and being able to solve story problems!

We started painting our country posters!! The kids were very excited to do this :) (see above pictures). Just a friendly reminder that Culture Fair (March 17) is approaching quickly, so make sure you are encouraging your child to begin thinking and creating their At-Home project for their country! If we could get all of those in this upcoming week that would be very helpful!
