January 30 - February 3
This week we talked about the different text features we can see as we read nonfiction books. Things such as headings, maps, diagrams, charts, the index, the glossary, photographs and more! Hopefully the kids will be able to see these things when we start reading more nonfiction books for our country reports starting next week! In science we finished up our projects on animals; here is a picture of all the kids' hard work...they turned out so well!! :)
